Does Poison Really Have A Chance To Make It Into Super Street Fighter IV?

When it comes to controversial characters, it doesn’t get much more so than Poison. Since the days of the first Final Fight people have been intrigued by the fighter while others have been somewhat offended. It all comes down to the fact that depending on who you ask the very feminine character Poison is either a male cross dresser, a post-op transsexual or something in between. This confusion has only fueled the characters cult following. We are talking about a character that has never truly been playable and is only in a handful of games. Yet now there seems to be this swell of support to get Poison into Super Street Fighter IV. Though it seems odd, Yoshinori Ono is fanning the flames on Twitter.

So is Poison coming to Super Street Fighter IV? I highly doubt it but the question must be asked why does Ono tease like there is a chance? Maybe Hugo is coming and Poison as a sidekick?
